Founder BIANCA GUTIERREZ
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Bianca Gutierrez brings a lifetime of culture, hustle, and innovation to everything she does. She began her career as the Global Events Manager for E-Trade at a young age, eventually diving into entrepreneurship by opening a nightclub in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District, which she ran successfully for nine years.
Her passion for fashion and community led her to launch Bianca Star, a boutique that evolved into what is now B-Star Agency — a creative powerhouse producing everything from activations at Outside Lands and the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, to concerts with legends like Erykah Badu, and a long list of unforgettable urban events. Through B-Star, Bianca also leads innovative marketing campaigns for local businesses, blending lifestyle, culture, and community in every move
Co- Founder KAMEL JACOT - BELL
A UC Berkeley alum with over 25 years of high level corporate partnership and event experience, Kamel has been primed for success in the entertainment and social justice fields. As Co-founder and Managing Director of Ankh Marketing through the past 19 years Kamel helped Ankh establish one os the most respected and well-known independent urban marketing/event production firms in the SF Bay Area/ New York and Los Angeles. From working with some of the biggest names in the urban music & culture like Dave Chapelle, Erykah Badu, Black Star& Lauryn Hill to catalyzing major events and festivals like Rock The Bells as well as corporate, cultural & educational initiatives.
