Apply for A Job/Become A Team Member
If you apply for a job posting, or become a Team Member we collect information necessary to process your application or to retain you as an employee. This may include, among other things, your Social Security Number. Providing this information is required for employment.
We use information about current Team Members to perform our contract of employment, or the anticipation of a contract of employment with you. In some contexts, we are also required by law to collect information about our Team Members.
Contact Us or Make An Inquiry
We collect your name, contact information (including e-mail address, phone number, and physical address) as well as any other content that you send to us, if you contact our Guest Relations to provide feedback or make an inquiry
We use this information to respond to or follow up on your feedback, inquiries, or other requests.
Place an Online Order
We collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, and payment information when you place an online order.
We use this information to process your order and to provide you with the products or services you have requested.
Sign Up for A Mailing List
We collect your e-mail address and/or postal address when you sign up for one of our mailing lists.
If you choose to provide us with your email address for the purpose of receiving promotional materials or info, we will only use this information to share information about our products and services, including free newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials to you, as well as targeted offers from third party partners through our personal marketing. We will not sell your information to 3rd parties or allow them to market directly to you unless it is for a sanctioned event or promotion that we are a part of.

Third Party Applications/Websites We have no control over the privacy practices of websites or applications that we do not own but will discontinue the use of any 3rd party applications that we find may compromise or harm our clients.
